Set Yourself Up For Success


So, you have a new wellness plan that you're ready to implement. Where to begin? I think the best thing to do is organize your life so it makes it easy to follow said plan. This might start with a pantry/fridge cleanup. I'm an organizing dork. Love everything having a place. I think it makes the mind clearer when the space is clearer and those who are sensitive to energy feel it more than other.

Like most people on a Sunday, I am planning for the week ahead. In the middle of this I get the urge to re organize a few cupboards. Specifically the smoothie/baking shelves. All of our protein powders and other smoothie add-

ins were in a corner cupboard which made it hard to see everything we had. Things just got placed behind each other. So, I switched the smoothie area with the baking area since I make smoothies everyday and maybe bake 1 time a week. I am happy with the results. Makes it easy to see what we need and what we don't and its convenient to have all the stuff in one area so the kids can make their own drinks without help from me. A drawer dedicated to metal straws and jar tops is useful as well for consuming. I also placed our drinking jars in the cupboard above the straws. When things are organized better it makes it easier to make healthy changes.
