New Breakfast Options

I am getting so bored with the same old smoothies and oatmeal for breakfast. So, I have come up with a few new additions. Hope you like them:
Greek Avocado Toast
1 slice bread toasted ( I use gluten free and vegan bread)

1/2 avocado
The chickpeas and sauce can be made ahead of time and put in the fridge for weekly use.
Toast bread.
Smash avocado and salt and pepper.
Add chickpeas and sauce on top.
Delish! You could also add some hot sauce if you like things a little spicy. This has an amazing nutritional profile full of healthy fats and protein. You could also have it for lunch.
Very Berry Breakfast Ice Cream

2 frozen bananas, slightly thawed and chopped.
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, slightly thawed
5 cubes of pitaya. Can find in the frozen section at Target
Stevia if needed
Combine all in a vitamix or other high powered blender. Can eat with hemp hearts, seeds, coconut, or chocolate chips on top. If you want more of a smoothie consistency, add water.
This is full of antioxidants and high potency fruits to cleanse your liver.
Once you start playing around with these recipes you can really substitute and make them your own.
