Liver cleanse is done. I am really glad I did it. My experience on the cleanse will not be the same as yours, though, so my final thoughts about it may or may not apply to you.

What I have learned: 1. The liver is a powerful organ and it's purpose cannot be taken for granted.
2. I had a lot of anger that was being stored in my liver that came out during my cleanse. I was then able to process through it.
3. Celery juice everyday is powerful, but cannot be a daily thing for me. It's high oxalate content doesn't work well for my body. Maybe a few times a week would be more plausible.
4. Too many raw foods cause me to bloat. I am of Vata dosha and too many raw foods do not digest well in my body. For most the cleanse I felt bloated, not uncomfortable, just bloated.
5. Drinking hot lemon water is something I can stick with.
6. I love the routine of waking, hot lemon water, smoothie, meditate.
7. An apple a day is a nice treat and does keep the doctor away.
8. I LOVE the liver detox smoothie.
9. Liver issues may be at the root cause of many issues my family has dealt with.
10. Anthony Williams is a genius and I love him for the message he is sending.
I, highly recommend, this book to EVERYONE I know. It's chocked full of so much valuable information.
